5So I actually thought I was buying instant oats, not instant oat powder. When it came I was suprised but this was actually the best 'mistake' ever; for proatmeal I enjoy this consistency much better than with regular oats and also, when on the go, this makes for a perfect meal replacement shake (with a scoop of protein added). I will continue to buy this product!Goes Well With:Protein powder

Perfect source of carbs
5I needed a good source of carbs to gain mass. This product mixes well, comes in a large amount, and isn't very expensive. It doesn't taste bad, but it doesn't taste great. The taste isn't noticeable with the cookies and cream flavor protein. The Vanilla protein isn't a very strong flavor so the oats taste is a little more noticeable. I imagine chocolate would be great with it. This product is helping reach my goals. Very satisfied and will be ordering again. Goes Well With:Protein mix, preferably chocolate or cookies and cream, etc

Amazing
5The Instant Oats are simply fantastic. It's more of oat flour than anything else, which means no clumps left in the smoothie! I usually just add it to some milk and whey powder after a workout; it tastes great, you don't have to worry about clumps, and you can just drink it all as opposed to having whole oats left after you're finished. Another perk is that you can bake with it as well. Haven't figured out exactly how to substitute it for flour, but I'm getting close!Goes Well With:Milk and any protein powder.

Finely ground oats
5I loved how finely the oats were ground. Mixes well with milk and water w/o formation of lumps. Quick and easy, it made pre workouts carb intake so much quick.

Easiest way to down them Oats!
5I bought this 11 lbs bag of instant oats on sale for $7 and some change. Super simple and easy to use. The suggested usage is to use 3 scoops per serving but I found that one scoop with one scoop of impact whey was sufficient enough for me towards an early preworkout meal. This costs as much as a 10 lbs of Quaker Oats but its grinded into powder form. Overall, great product and will buy again!Goes Well With:Impact Whey

WOW Huge BAG!!
5First the price is great and the overall value perfect. This bag is Huge so make sure you have space. Pros: The taste is great. If you like oats!! * It mixes great with water, or almond milk when using protein in the mix. (not to sure about milk since i don't use it) unlike regular oats this one is really fine and ground down like powder. * Will last you a while so if you're on a budget this is great. * This is great for quick carbohydrate. * Comes in a resealable bag. Cons: Nothing at the moment Extra Note: If they had flavors, this product would be even better than what it already is. Overall, a great buy. Goes Well With:Water Almond Milk Silk (Soy Milk) Most protein powders
