Tasty & Effective
5I got the banana oats, and they taste great (especially when I put real bananas in the bowl with it) and have a great nutritional profile. Low sugar, decent protein, good amount of fiber. Great for shakes
4I used to by quick oats at the store but this stuff seems to be the better deal. It mixes easily in shakes and provides the carb source I'm looking for. No complaints here, I'm going to keep using it.Goes Well With:Protein Shakes

Instant Oats
5Never really liked eating oats in the morning but my buddy had this and I tried it out. It was quick & easy . I took this in the morning for breakfast and it kept me good til lunch. I was happy with what I tried out and ordered a bag for myself a couple days ago. Mixes well, the taste isnt bad and all you need to do is chug it down so its not a big deal. A+++Goes Well With:Water , Milk, & Protein .

Great for shakes
4I got the chocolate smooth flavor, and I couldn't be happier. Paid $6 for a 5.5 lb bag, which comes with 75 scoops of the macros that are roughly what a regular serving of oatmeal would be. Its nice being able to scoop some into a shaker with water and enjoy a quick source of carbs before my early morning workouts. Definitely worth the ease!Goes Well With:Water, milk
