4these instant oats are pretty handy source of carbs and fiber, plus the fact that all they need is just a good stir or shake is even more perfect. the only downside is sometimes when i stir it with a spoon i find my self having to restir the oats at the bottom of the cup and even have to add more water but besides that its a great product to add to your whey shakes or smoothiesGoes Well With:peanut butter, whey shakes, smoothies, milk, most cerals

Instant oats
5If you need those extra calories. This is the way to go. Simply add it to your shakes. It's also great for baking. Just replace the flour with the oats. Goes Well With:All shakes.

Great product
5I have the unflavored kind. Tastes great, and mixes easy. Very economical too. Highly recommended. The powder is fine, and not all that gritty when mixed. Definitely far less gritty than making shakes with regular raw oats in a blender like i used to do. This is nothing like the cooked goo type oats. Raw oats taste great, and theres no gooeyness. If you arent the biggest fan of cooked oats, but still want the health benefits, then give it a try. My only complaint is that i havent been able to find a dosing scoop in the bag yet, and im leery of eating too much of anything that may expand in my stomach. Ill probably just get a gram scale and figure out my measures. Goes Well With:Anything

Chocolate Oats
5The texture it gave to mu shake was phenomenal, mixed amazing, And the flavor was mind blowing. Deffinitely going to continue using it.Goes Well With:Almond milk and MyProtein whey cookies and cream, add some flav drops peanut butter for extra flavor.
