I love sour candy so I was really excited to give this a try. It's interesting, definitely tastes like sour apple. Mixes extremely well!! Gives you a nice boost but for me I wouldn't ever do 2 scoops. There is 200mg of caffeine per scoop so I like taking somewhere around 3/4 of a scoop. Only complaint is it seems to leave you with a pretty dry mouth and a bit of an aftertaste so be prepared to chug water afterwards.

Small snack 30-60 minutes before working out.

I like this a lot. I've taken a lot of different pre-workout supplements and this one might be my favorite. I don't really take them for a pump or to feel strong; I mainly take them to be as excited and energetic as possible since I work out in the morning. I've noticed this makes me actually happy, which is different. I don't just feel crazy energized, but happy energized. It sticks around a long time too, which is nice. However, raspberry lemonade isn't great. Also, it's really hard to get it to mix all the way. Those are my only complaints.
