Best alternative to whey isolate
5Started to get some lactose intolerance and mild  kidney issues so had to switch off the excellent whey isolate. Tried lots and this is the best. It’s a complete protein. It mixes almost as well as the whey (you can get there just by shaking a lidded cup). It tastes pretty good. No kidney implications and may reduce blood pressure. Flavor is a little chalkier than whey, so you might prefer different flavors here. I think the chocolate mint works well.Â

Chocolate
4I got tiramisu flavor and chocolate. Tiramisu isn’t my favorite taste because taste like mocha but chocolate is so good.  I like it so much.Â

5The vanilla stevia flavor tastes great even when mixed with just water! Seeing great results so far.

Do not buy
1I’ve been using Myprotein’s Whey isolate for 2+ years. With the huge price increase in their whey I decided to try this. I’ve tried other vegan protein in the past and they had none of the issues that this one does. Taste is horrible, you need to use a blender or else it won’t mix and it causes bloating and digestion issues.Â

My Go To Protein
5This is my go to protein for all my needs. I use it in smoothies, to make baked goods, puddings etc, this is a great addition for those. It mixes well, isn't gritty and adds a good amount of sweetness. I've used the plain and vanilla versions of this protein. The plain has a distinct earthy flavor and no sweetness. Goes Well With:Smoothies, puddings, baked goods, desserts

Must use a blender
3PROs: If you have stomach issues and can't do dairy, this, at least for me, is tolerated. And this website has some of the best prices around. CONs: As others have noted, it's very hard to stir with just a spoon or ball mixer. A blender is a must. And in order to make it taste good, I have to blend it with a banana, peanut butter, and coconut milk (or another milk alternative). Overall pretty healthy, but at that point the calories add up. And pea protein doesn't really go well tastewise with fruit or orange juice (which could be irrelevant if you're cutting carbs). Goes Well With:Peanut butter, coconut milk (or other milk alternative), banana

Vanilla Chai
5If you're familiar with a Mexican drink called Agua de Horcha, that's exactly what it tastes like. (Very Goodwood! Flavor)Goes Well With:Almond milk
