Great for shakes and baking
5I use it daily and purchase this regularly. This is the best powder I’ve found to make numerous recipes, it’s fantastic for protein fluff, anabolic ice cream, cookies, cinnamon rolls, this goes on. It mixes well, tastes great, and is one of the most cost effective options on the market.Â

Great stuff
5I love having casein right before bed as it helps feed your muscles the necessary protein for way longer than regular protein powder. The chocolate flavor is great, but like all casein products it can be quite thick! I accidentally bought unflavored and don’t know why anyone would want it because it’s like drinking thick water Goes Well With:Frozen fruit and water. Milk is quite thick to mix with it

Chocolate smooth
5The product was delivered within a bit more than 24 hours since the order was made. The package was beat up and the bag with the product itself is not of good quality. You might need to put it in a tub, if you want it to last longer. The taste I got was chocolate smooth and it is very decent, way better than I expected. The mixability is very good, at least with the protein shaker. The product also kept me satiated for quite some time, which is what I expected and that is satisfactory. I bought it with a(massive) discount, so it's definitely worth the price.Goes Well With:Water, milk, almond milk

Strawberry Cream
5A great Protein powder that is probably your cheapest option out there. This powder is third-party tested and ranks in the top 3. I have been using strawberry cream for anabolic ice cream. The protein powder mixes really well with anything (I like water or nut milk). Here is an anabolic recipe that you can try! Remember, you can always substitute the ingredients and experiment with the liquids + ice for your prefered consistency for ice cream! I like to add bout 2mL to my baked recipes or anabolic ice cream. Here is an anabolic ice cream recipe I like to use this product with: * 2mL of flavdrops (White Chocolate or Mocha - Any really helps)! * 2 scoops of your protein powder of choice (I like to use MyProtein Isolate, but any works!) * 225 frozen berries of your choice * 125g greek yogourt (I like 0% Plain) * 2-3g of xanthan gum (This is key to get that ice cream THICCness - don't use too as I feel like it does give tummy aches if you add too much) * 90-100mL of your milk of choice (casher/ almond is my go-to!) *5-10g of your sweetener of choice * 250g of Ice (Add more for more thickness) Additional: * Cocao powder (5-15g if you want) * PB powder (1 serving - I like to do this at the end as a nice topping) All this can be substituted to your liking (Berries, milk, protein flavours) - Experiment! If If you want 45% off your first order, use SUNNY(dash)R2AO. Replace dash with - key! Give this comment a like if you found it helpful :)!Goes Well With:Nut Milk Water Baking Recipes Anabolic Ice cream

It gets the job done.
3I ended up getting the cookies and cream flavor a few months ago. First off, it tastes terrible. If you like the texture and flavor of guiness beer foam, then this supplement is for you. Second, it takes a life time to shake or to blend. Shake too little? It sticks to the roof of your shaker bottle and looks drier than sand in the Sahara Desert. Blend too little? It ends up lumpier than the gnocchi in Nana's Sunday dinner soup. But once you've mustered up the energy and time to shake this protein up to a palatable texture, you would have realized that your arm day should end with shaking up this protein as a finisher. Seriously, put this workout in your booklet as a shake until failure, then shake some more. Once that's done, pat yourself on the back if you're not wide enough to do so, then slurp down this sludge-y substance while holding your nose because your taste buds will thank you for it. What it does extremely well, however, is keep me full and provide me with the slow release of protein when I need it most. I have seen some increase in weight and strength with this product. While the flavor of cookies and cream and texture of this product is unbearable, the reward is worth the pain. Much like the rep til failure of shaking you did to enjoy this evening beverage of casein, the hard work is worth it. Overall, I wish I chose a different flavor, but can't speak for what the others would taste like. Now excuse me while I slowly work my way through 5 more pounds of this wonder dust.Goes Well With:Water, milk, or really any liquid that you think would make it taste better. Coffee? Do it. Hawaiian Punch? Your brave, kudos to you. I've personally put it in my morning oats with sugar free vanilla yogurt and have had amazing results.

Excellent for breakfast shakes
5Wanted to find something that would keep me from getting hungry at work in the morning. This protein powder does the job! 12oz almond/coconut blend milk, 1 scoop of this, 1 tbs of both flax and chia, and I am full from breakfast til lunch. Cookies and Cream is the flavor I bought, its a bit strong but its good when watered down. I want to buy the chocolate and vanilla next. THANK YOU MYPROTEIN!!Goes Well With:Nut Milks, Oatmeal, Water

Really Bad
1I was excited when I ordered this because I heard a lot of good things about casein, but this was a huge disappointment. It tastes really bad as a shake and does not cook well (contrary to what people say). I tried making pancakes with it and it stayed gummy and didn't cook. The only thing it slightly goes well with is oatmeal.Goes Well With:Oatmeal

Slow Release
4New to Casein, as its harder to mix compared to whey. Have been mixing with milk and a sweetener, its still to early to confirm the effects.Goes Well With:Milk
