Great product!
4Ive been using it for a couple weeks now and I really like it. I find that when I drink it I end up less sore than I would be without it. Also, I am starting to see some major progress with my lifts. Overall the taste and everything is great and I really like it.Â

Vanilla
5The flavor is decent I would personally like a little more vanilla but I love the consistency and mix ability of this product. I add it to my yogurt will some sweetener and vanilla extract to get a nice protein frosting and it’s awesome.Goes Well With:Oatmeal, yogurt

Avoid it
1Although i like some of myprotein products, but this one is extremely bad. I got the 5.5 pounds, the expiry date is so close, there is a strange taste that never taste in any casein product i have before. casein well known of being thick, here it is not, there is a lot of fillers.

Texture can be off-putting but overall good
3texture for this casein will be hit or miss for some people; however its great and especially when combined with a whey protein 50/50Goes Well With:Whey

Great Protein and Great Price
5Though this was a great casein protein, especially for the price. Compared to the other caseins on the market this is the cleanest (in terms of ingredients) and is well worth it.Goes Well With:Water or Milk
