5Use this before all my workouts and tennis. Works great. Start to feel that fire in my ears within 20mins, and that’s how I know it’s working. Tastes just like I expect it, which is a surprisingly strong Blue Raspberry. Goes Well With:CLA + L-Carnitine

Great PRE workout
4This PRE workout is one of my favorites.To start the taste is very good and smooth, Second, it mixes very well and you don’t end up eating little bitter chunks or pre workout like some other brands. As for effectiveness, it’s not the strongest pre workout and I believe they should offer a stronger one, but it always give you the focus and boost you need to perform your daily workout. All in all a very good PRE workout and i will continue to use it probably forever.

Flavor: Blue Raspberry
4Very strong taste of artificial sweeter, not necessarily bad, but be aware. Mixability is eh, the last sip usually has powder left over.

Solid Pre-workout
4This pre-workout tastes better than most blue raspberry mixes that I've had. Gives a modest pump at 150mg of caffeine. Overall I would recommend to anyone who is already on the site buying protein and looking to bundle another good product. Goes Well With:Water

grainy, sour, flavor: orange paradise
3as a pre work out it did give me energy, and focus on days I wasn't totally out of it... but as far as using it.. tastes gross- always leave sandy grit at the bottom. to avoid that residue in my teeth I would not drink the last sip... but on some of the revels I'm reading they may be little caffeine capsules? I'm unsure but would explain some inconsistent uses... I'm going to try other flavors and such but not stoked on the product. Goes Well With:water? will leave grit in bottom of cup or teeth.

Gets the job done!
5First pre workout I’ve tried that didn’t make me feel jittery and like climbing the walls but gave me the pump I needed for my workouts!

Disappointing
2I bought the watermelon pre workout having using this flavour from another brand but wanting to try this one. It does not at all taste like watermelon, not even slightly. More of a minty taste for some reason. When living back in Ireland I used a myprotien pre workout which was fruit punch flavour and it was the best I’ve ever used. I was super disappointed with this to find it doesn’t perform even near as well. I don’t find it adds anything to my workout unfortunately.
