Ingredients
- PROTEIN PIZZA DOUGH:
- 170 grams plain flour
- 245 grams plain Greek yogurt
- 40 grams Vanilla Impact Whey Protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
- Chocolate Brownie Protein Dip (recipe found at @JordanDesira)
- PIZZA TOPPINGS:
- 160 grams strawberries sliced
- 1 medium banana sliced
- 3 squares Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius).
In a bowl, combine dough ingredients & mix with a wooden spoon to incorporate.
Either in the bowl or on a clean surface, sprinkle with flour & knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
Onto a lightly floured tray, roll out the dough thinly (will rise in the oven) to desired size & shape. Fold & tuck the edges over to create a crust.
Lastly using a fork, poke a few holes into the dough before placing into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
While the pizza is in the oven, prepare your Chocolate Brownie Protein Dip & slice the strawberries & bananas.
Spread your Chocolate Brownie Protein Dip onto the pizza base and top with the bananas & strawberries. Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
