Single Serve Chocolate Protein Brownie

- 1 brownie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Myprotein Impact Whey Protein
- 1/2 tbsp sweetener
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (sub w/ greek/soy yogurt)
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp plant/dairy milk
- 5-6 drops Myprotein Chocolate FlavDrops (optional)
Instructions
Pour all ingredients, except chocolate, into a blender. Blend till smooth.
Pour into a ramekin. Place chocolate square in the center.
Fold batter on top to cover. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes at 900W. Enjoy!
