Tastes like chlak
1I've been buying myprotein products for 3-4 years now. They offer good stuff at great prices. This however, it doesn't mater what price tag it may have, it's horrible. I'm not taking milk casein expired protein horrible, it's a whole new standard of bad taste and chalkiness. I couldn't cover its taste with cocoa, berries, honey, sweeteners, bananas, peanut butter or anything. Worst thing? You can't return unopened bags you buy because shipping is more expensive than the product. Stay away.

Unflavored
2I don’t recommend the unflavored pea protein. It has an odd taste that is really hard to cover up. The consistency is fine and mixes well in a blender. Highly recommend the chocolate stevia pea protein though!

Exactly what I expected!
5I bought this to add to my protein shakes and homemade protein bars. Using a Ninja blender it mixes into shakes very well. It's a great boost for my homemade protein bars. I did not buy this for taste so I had no expectations there. I purchased the 5 pound bag and will definitely be buying more! Thanks!Goes Well With:Protein shakes (using a blender), Protein bars. I even tried sprinkling a tablespoon on my cereal and it mixed in well.

Excellent!
5I have been a big fan of pea protein for years and I was not disappointed with this product. The taste is bland and it mixes very well with just a spoon. This is my lunch protein drink (breakfast is whey isolate, dinner is casein). Will be reordering for sure.Goes Well With:Water, unsweetened almond or cashew milk.

Funky
3It mixes decently, but the taste is rough. It has a strange after taste and I can’t find anything that can overpower the funky taste. I can handle it, but I don’t enjoy it. If you’re looking for something that taste good, this is not for you. If you want a healthy, plant based protein and do not care about taste, then this is your stuff. Goes Well With:Nothing

Quite literally the grossest thing I've consumed
1I've only tried the unflavored pea protein isolate, but this is gag-inducing stuff. 0/10 on taste, I've eaten earth-worms before and this is somehow worse than that. It tastes sandy and bitter and gets caught in your throat. If you mix it with water in a shaker, it bubbles and froths so that froth is 60% of the mixture, and a dense sludge of the protein forms at the bottom, with a remaining 20% or so of water. That's the only way I've drank this, planning on mixing with soy or almond milk in the future but will probably either throw it out or gift it to someone I don't particularly like. As for effectiveness, yeah, it's protein, very similar to whey in terms of macros, etc. Obviously I haven't seen any results yet. Yuck.Goes Well With:Self-immolation

excellent protein
5I bought unflavored. It tastes earthy, kind of pea-ish. Its a little gritty but I don't mind in the least. Surprisingly it mixes very well even with a spoon. At least on par with whey mixability. If you don't mind your protein not tasting like artificial CHOCOLATE CHIP GLAZED DONUT PEANUT BUTTER etc... You will find this quite enjoyable like me. Be well.Goes Well With:Water

Taste bad on its own but amazing when mixed
5On its own ofc it's pretty bad. Has a weird texture and taste but when blended with dates, powdered peanut butter, flax, oatmeal, cinnamon, cacao, and pea milk its amazing. You can also add some instant coffee to make it better. Bought 5.5 lb and Gunna buy it again! Goes Well With:dates, powdered peanut butter, flax, oatmeal, cinnamon, cacao, and pea milk

Horrible
1Absolutely horrible protein supplement, didn't even mix with any drinks and when it did there were usually clumps floating around in it as well. Even tried using it in a blended smoothie and got the same results. Also has a really horrid taste to it, even the vanilla flavored powder was still disgusting. Stay away from this one, there's a reason it's so cheap. Goes Well With:NothingÂ
