Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • 2 cups grated cauliflower
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4-8 oz burrata

Instructions

Sauce Assembly:
– Heat pan to medium heat and add olive oil
– Cook minced garlic until fragrant
– Add tomato sauce from can and keep on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes
– Add salt and pepper to taste

Cauliflower Crust Assembly:
– Sauté cauliflower dry (no oil) for 10 minutes, let cool completely, add to bowl
– Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese to bowl and mix
– In a separate bowl, whisk two eggs; add to cauliflower-cheese mixture
– Prep parchment paper with oil on a baking sheet then place/shape dough so it is evenly spread
– Air-fry for 6 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit/200 degrees Celsius
– Pull out , flip over on parchment paper
– Air-fry for 3 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit/200 degrees Celsius

Pizza Assembly:
– Take the crust and add toppings (sauce, cheese, meat?)
– Air-fry for 5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit/200 degrees Celsius
– Plate with broken burrata over top, enjoy!
