These Chocolate Strawberry Protein Breakfast Brownies by
are macro-friendly and provide a sweet treat that'll get you up in the morning, or any time of day.Made with strawberries and chocolate chips, they're rich in flavour and satisfyingly soft.

Ingredients
- 1/4cup oats
- 1scoop Soy Protein Isolate
- 3tbsp cocoa powder
- 1tbsp sweetener
- 5-6 drops FlavDrops
- 1/2cup soy/Greek yogurt
- 1 egg or 1 chia egg
- 1-2tbsp plant/dairy milk
- 1/4tsp baking powder
- 1/2cup strawberries, chopped
- chocolate chips
Instructions
Pour all of your ingredients into a bowl or blender except for the chocolate chips, strawberries, and milk. Blend till smooth. If your mixture is too thick, gradually add in milk.
Pour your batter into a baking dish. Add the chocolate chips and strawberries on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 350F/180C preheated oven. Enjoy!
